N.) Gurkka.com purchases may be delivered nationwide but corresponding delivery fees will be charged based on the number of bottles bought in the Main Products category, or as announced in the Shipping Fee tab of the products page for Guest Products and Promo Bundles whose shipping fees may vary according to size and content of the basket. Delivery fees for the Freebie Packages will be shouldered by Gurkka.com. The total shipping fee chargeable to the buyer will be shown in the final billing. For the Main Products, unless otherwise announced differently in the Shipping Tab of the product page, the standard Gurkka rate for logistics fees depending on the shipping address will be as follows:
I. For addresses within National Capital Region (NCR) - FREE DELIVERY if value is within the minimum order requirement (see Rule#4-O), otherwise, flat rates will be charged depending on where in Metro Manila the order will be delivered.
II. For addresses in Luzon Region (outside NCR) - P225.00 per bottle except Freebies
III. For addresses in Visayas Region - P275.00 per bottle except Freebies
IV. For addresses in Mindanao Region - P300.00 per bottle except Freebies
O.) Rates for deliveries to addresses within Metro Manila are as follow:

P.) Orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days after confirmation of payment / order if within Metro Manila or 5-10 working days if outside Metro Manila. A confirmation voucher (CV) will be sent to the member's email to inform him/her that the order had been cleared and will be scheduled for delivery. We deliver only from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We do not schedule deliveries on weekends or declared holidays (local and national). Any reason for delay in delivery (i.e. poor weather condition, or fortuitous events), a Gurkka.com personnel will get in touch with you. Gurkka.com will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the buyer due to failure to deliver the orders because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control (i.e. force majeure, incomplete delivery details, etc.).
Q.) Shipping address provided during check out is final and cannot be changed. Should the purchaser wish to change shipping address, an additional logistic fee will be charged to the purchaser based on the new address and the quantity bought but this time subject to the courier's original delivery rates or freight charges. Once the customer opted to change the shipping address, even the logistics fee of the freebie/s will be charged to the customer. Gurkka.com reserves the right to withhold delivery if the shipping address and contact details are incomplete.
R.) The purchaser is responsible to make sure that he/she or an authorized representative will be present to receive the delivery from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and should be able to present the necessary documents (see Rule#4-V). If the purchaser or any authorized representative failed to receive/pay for the orders, or comply with the requirements to receive the orders, the items will be brought back to Gurkka.com Head Office where the purchaser may still pick up at the address stated below (see Rule#4-S) unless the purchaser pay for additional logistics fee for the order to be re-delivered. If the purchaser or any authorized representative failed to receive the re-delivery or pick up the items after 90 days, the items will be forfeited in favor of Gurkka.com. The payment for the purchased items will NOT be refunded.
S.) The purchaser or authorized representative may PICK UP the orders at Gurkka.com Head Office c/o Global Noble International Corporation, 2/F ILO Building, 195 G. Araneta Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines 1113 (with Banco de Oro and East West Bank on ground floor, near Arlington & SM Centerpoint Sta Mesa). The office is open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm only. See Contact Us

T.) If the purchaser chose to PICK UP the order, he/she will get additional 1.5% discount from the value of purchased items. Most Main Products as well as select Guest Products and Promo Bundles may be picked up sooner since the items will be ready 1 to 2 working days from the confirmation of payment (online or offline) or confirmation of order if the member opted for cash-on-pick-up (COPU). Other Guest Products and Promo Bundles may take 3-5 working days to be ready for pick up. When picking up order, the proper documents will be strictly required (see documents list in Rule#4-V).
U.) If the shipping address is not provided, it is by default for pick up by the customer in the address provided in Rule#4-S.
V.) Gurkka.com will strictly implement the rule "ONLY 18 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE WILL BE ALLOWED TO BUY & RECEIVE LIQUOR ITEMS". Therefore, in receiving or picking-up of the orders, our delivery or releasing personnel will require the following documents:
I. Copy of the Gurkka.com Confirmation Voucher (CV) which will be emailed to the purchaser after the confirmation of the order. The CV will be surrendered to the delivery personnel after signing in the designated area.
II. Recent Valid ID of the purchaser (see list of valid ID's in Rule#5) which should bear the same name as the member named in the CV. For Corporate Members, the representative assigned to receive should have a Corporate ID to establish connection with the corporate account who ordered.
III. In cases when the purchasing member will not be present to receive the orders, a representative may be authorized to receive in his/her behalf provided that the following additional requirements are complied with:
i. Submit an Authorization Letter duly signed by the purchasing member.
ii. Submit a photocopy of a Valid ID of the purchasing member to verify the signature in the authorization letter.
iii. Submit a photocopy of a Valid ID of the authorized representative for verification. As mentioned in Rule#4-V-II, the representative should present a Corporate ID if representing a Corporate Account.
iv. The purchasing member should ensure that the authorized representative is aged 18 years old and above.
v. Submit a copy of CV emailed to the purchasing member (see Rule#4-V-I).
W.) Once orders are settled, they are considered final and cannot be changed nor canceled. Gurkka.com ensures that all items that leave the warehouse are in good condition and are authentic. We accept RETURN OF ITEMS only for the following reasons:
I. Incorrect delivery (i.e. wrong size, wrong brand, wrong varietals) provided that the erroneously delivered items are unopened and without damage on the label / packaging / bottle / box / screw cap / cork / parts/etc.
II. Damaged or defective NOT due to customers mishandling or neglect.
III. Damaged in-transit (i.e. the item was damaged while being delivered by our logistics team/partner).
X.) We DO NOT accept the following as reasons for return:
I. Change of mind.
II. Change to another item (brand / varietals / size / etc.)
III. Damaged or defective item due to customer's neglect and mishandling.
Y.) The purchaser or authorized representative while receiving or picking-up the items is responsible to inspect immediately whether the product is in good condition and identify if the items were damaged in-transit. If they are, the purchaser or authorized representative should refuse to accept the delivery and instruct the logistics team to return item to sender (Gurkka.com).
Z.) In rare cases that the items delivered are qualified for return (see Rule#4-W), the customers should report to email@example.com within 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) upon receipt of goods. Failure to do so would mean that the goods were received satisfactorily by the customer. The complaint report must include details including:
I. Confirmation Voucher Number emailed to you upon payment confirmation.
II. Name of the purchaser as well as the authorized representative, if any.
III. Reason/s for return.
IV. When the items were received (date and time).
V. The code/initials in QTY box and QLY box at the top part of Gurkka.com delivery box.
AA.) Gurkka.com will conduct an initial investigation based on the email submitted by the purchaser in Rule#4-Z. A Gurkka.com personnel will email the purchaser within 48 hours from the receipt of complaint report with instructions on how to return and if the items are subject for replacement or not.
